This apartment is convenience and close to my university and other shopping center. Sunny was very professional and easy to communicate with from start to finish with the showing and handling paperwork. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The leasing office staff ( Kerry, Jenna, and Matt)where great at getting me into an apartment that would fit my needs.They where friendly and knowledgeable of the units and area. The Maintenance staff Lewis, Jose and Raymond all worked hard on making sure my apartment was clean and ready to move in. Love my new home. Thank you Georgetown Eaglerock staff and Maintenance.

She showed us the apartment with so much care and attention, explained every detail clearly, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Everything was very fast — we sent the application yesterday and today my friend already signed the contract! No unnecessary bureaucracy, just efficiency and kindness. I highly recommend Solange to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant rental experience!
This place is terrible. My car’s catalytic converter has been stolen twice and nobody helped me at all. No safety, no quality. For this price this is ridiculous.
We currently live here and yes they absolutely have a roach problem. After only three weeks of living in one of their “newly renovated” homes, I have found ten roaches in my home and surrounding laundry rooms. Mind you I live ACROSS the hall from the leasing office. When you ask to have it addressed they feign concern and act like they're doing you a favor by calling their exterminator that for some reason is ROUTINELY scheduled for ONLY Mondays.
