We currently live here and yes they absolutely have a roach problem. After only three weeks of living in one of their “newly renovated” homes, I have found ten roaches in my home and surrounding laundry rooms. Mind you I live ACROSS the hall from the leasing office. When you ask to have it addressed they feign concern and act like they're doing you a favor by calling their exterminator that for some reason is ROUTINELY scheduled for ONLY Mondays. Very little was good during my tenancy at Eagle Rock. At the beginning they provided me an assigned parking space, only to find out that put me on someone else spot. I had to cover the car damage that happen there. Since management did not take accountability regarding their mistake Elevator, washing machine, and dryer are constantly broken. Raymond took care of my father with emergency call for our first day. My father cut his foot on a threshold in the apartment and was bleeding significantly, but as he is handicapped was unable to take care of this due to his limitations, so I drove over. While cleaning up washed towels in the sink and then experienced significant, gushing backflow of water from underneath the sink. Jenna Prokopowich, the assistant Community Manager manager at Eagle Rock, was extremely helpful with guiding us through the process of securing a great apartment. She is very personable was always available to respond to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
