I have been a resident at Eagle Rock Properties for a number of years now. The property office and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional workers. I appreciate the Framingham location a great deal, thanks for your assistance in housing me at this apartment complex.

I loved my time living at eagle rock framingham. My apartment was the perfect size for me and my cats. The staffing office was very attentive and kind. I always felt safe living here alone. Would definitely recommend this place to others!
Worst living experience I’ve had. Constant roaches on every floor no matter how clean you kept your place. Mice. No elevator for most of the time we lived there. Water logged ceiling tiles so there is most definitely mold in the walls, constantly working on hot water lines so they would go out randomly and disgusting water constantly coming out of the sink. I would strongly caution anyone considering Eagle Apartments in Framingham to do very thorough research before signing a lease. In my experience, the property has had serious issues with bugs and cockroaches, leaking in the building, poor management, and very disappointing maintenance. When issues are reported, they are either not handled in a timely way or are addressed in a way that does not fully fix the problem. I also have serious concerns about resident safety.
