Nearly every experience I've had at this place has been negative. Nearly every time I've relied on their expertise, I have been steered in the wrong direction. They have, more than once, sold me expensive parts that I later find out the manufacturer does NOT recommend being used together because of incompatibilities. Case in point: Fat tires on skinny XC rims. The quality of work from their service area has also been suboptimal, and I've learned their sales staff simply cannot be trusted. So, shop here at your own peril.
