This building feels like home! The building's staff are friendly, and there is a charm that I love about this building. The old characteristics of the building are fun features to show off to visitors. The building is clean, and safe to live in. I 100% would recommend anyone to live here.
This building has the worst smell I have smelled ever ..not recommended to live in at all
This apartment building is unsafe! Do not recommend living here. Their was just a fire, and jamie probably caused it. 7 months ago, there was a gunshot in Jamies apartment. He's constantly letting crackheads in the building and keeps yelling outside at midnight, and he doesn't pay rent.
It's a nice well maintained apartments, but definitely will not renew my contract for another year as there is no insulation in these apartments you can hear people peeing and flushing their toilets in the middle of the night. Definitely you can't have a peaceful sleeping on the weekend as you can hear people partying as they are in the middle of your bedroom. Other than the washrooms that has commercial toilets instead of normal ones!
