I used to live there from 1982-1984, I had fond memories of this place. I learned how to swim from the Manager at the time (Mrs. Myers). I almost made my little brother jump from the second floor to test a theory, “Do bedsheets work well as parachutes?” Until Pops noticed how quiet we were and that meant it was never a good thing (we lived on the 2nd floor apartment facing Roberts)…..And other fond memories. I’m glad to see that the apartments still standing
I LOVE the Granada Apartment Community. The new management team took little over one year, and the new Manager Sarah, and Ken, are fantastic, professional, and polite. They are always with a customer-first mindset, and they are very prompt and solution-oriented. They work tirelessly to solve daily issues. The maintenance staff is amicable and quick to respond and I never had any problems. I love the amenities, the swimming pool is my favorite, and the people are extremely friendly.
