Friendly Community I have lived in this apartments for the last four years and I love this place. Family-oriented community, quiet, no problems with the neighbors, and excellent management. Apartments are in good condition and if repairs are needed, they are usually done on the same day or the next day. I strongly recommend this property.
Me I been Living at the Granada Apartments for years it's quiet and a very nice and respected neighbors where nobody bothers me. My Grandkids loves to swim in the pool, it's always sparkling clean and safe. The laundry rooms are really close which is a big convenience for me . Shopping centers is walking distance and the schools also and they are great schools. The bus stop is right across the street. I love it here.
Home I am gladly to say this is the best place to begin a family. I like the services, they do not hesitate to listen and to take action.
Christine Greathouse The Apartments are very nice, the management is beautiful, the manager is very nice and keeps apartments very well kept. The Apartments are very quiet, good neighbors, shopping and schools are very close, I love that, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Excellent service and cozy apartments! My friend and I are moving from another city into Clovis and have been wanting to find a new place to live. Upon looking around, we came upon Granada apartments and were so glad we did! The apartments are cozy, well kept, and close to all of the things we need in the city! The manager, Cristina, did an amazing job at helping us understand the agreement and at answering all of our concerns. All in all, we loved our experience in these apartments!

Month to Month Contracts I love the fact that I am not forced to stay in a forced long term contract, I was on a Month to Month lease and just had to gave a 30-day notice to my manager. (Speaking of her Cristina is wonderful!) She really cares about everyone here. I also loved that rules are followed, this Granada Apts is my Number 1 in my list from when I get to come next year cause of My job. I really hope there is an opening. It is also close from everywhere!
