I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THESE CLEAN AND VERY MAINTAINED APTS FOR 3 YRS. NOW. THEY ARE EQUIPPED WITH SURVAILLANCE CAMERAS SO I FEEL VERY SAFE. THE OWNER IS VERY RESPONSIBLE N DEPENDABLE WITH ANY PROBLEMS THAT U MIGHT HAVE. MY NEIGHBORS ARE GREAT TOO!! OHH AND THE PARK AND RESACA TRAIL IS JUST A FEW FEET AWAY!!!!
walls are too thin you can hear everything the people next door were saying and doing!!! People there were very noisy and up late.
