Today we visited Gran Fiesta Mexicana hoping to enjoy a nice meal with our family, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our server, Rocío, was unfriendly from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a negative attitude, never smiled, and made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. We weren’t expecting anything special—just basic courtesy and a pleasant customer service experience. Food is still good, but they downsized their big burritos and I won't be back. Over 20 dollars for a burrito smaller than Chipotle is shameful.
Delicious food and excellent service! Reasonably priced as well!
