What an amazing "Sharpsburg Borough Christmas party" Antoinette & Michael prepared for our celebration tonight!! The food is excellent, beautifully decorated for the holidays- this evening really was fantastic .....beyond all our expectations. Felt just like Sunday dinner with family. See you again real soon!!!
The food is truly Italian and delicious. The chef owner and his wife are wonderful people who make their patrons feel at home. Worth a try.

The Gran Canal has become my favorite Italian restaurant in Pittsburgh. Last night the burrata with grilled pineapple and mango was superb. But the star of the night was the rigatoni in a cream sauce with peas. Incredible. And the warm hospitality of the owners, Michael and Antoinette, made the evening even more special.
A nice quiet little Italian restaurant. Food is pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
We just learned about this GEM in Sharpsburg. Food is excellent, owners are warm and friendly, waitresses great. We will consider this place anytime we want delicious home cooked food in an inviting atmosphere with nice ambience and nice people. Family owned is a BONUS!
