I can’t say my frustrations weren’t without merit but if it weren’t for the manager on staff, Alexis at the front office, and Carlos on Maintenance I’m not sure how things would’ve panned out. But they made it a point to address my concerns and resolve the issues expeditiously. Ups and downs for sure but I’m happy with the end result. Thanks again

Your men came in. Completely disregarding the crack across the ceiling that they never came to finish when I submitted the last work order for it. It’s gotten worse due to the weather I can only assume and they left a note saying wipe the wall and wipe the vents. No dust want on my vents, and if you want to paint my walls we can coordinate but they never even addressed the issue. 0/10. Utterly disappointed. No communication. No resolve. I have lived here for 2 years and it’s been an excellent experience. The grounds and buildings are well maintained and the office is very responsive. My only complaint is that they needed to enter the apartment for various inspections every couple of months. But that just goes to show how proactive they are with maintaining the buildings at a high standard. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and repairs.
