Horrible customer service! Purchased performance 70 mm throttle body for my Volkswagen MKV GTI. When I found the couplers wouldn't fit my vehicle and the throttle body had no clearance between my fan shroud and the front of my vehicle due to having installed an APR front mount intercooler, it was explained to me by customer service management that Grams is only designed for factory fitment. Happy long time customer !!! I like this this company because they still do in house r&d. That’s big to me. I dont just buy parts. I research and purchase parts that actually are proven to work on my car.
Awful customer service and sent me a faulty part. Ordered a throttle body for my civic months ago and it was faulty. Sent it back to get my money back and fixed my civic with a new throttle body the day I sent it back. They said to get my money back the engineers have to conclude it was faulty. Tell me why I never got a phone call back and I just received it back in the mail after I had called them SIX TIMES NOT TO. I am seriously extremely frustrated with you guys and I will never be ordering from here again.

Grams performance product are amazing will defenetly recommend my friends and family to come here for any engine upgrades. If you are looking for good performance product this is the place to go to.
