Extremely disappointed by this agency. I had an offer accepted on a property Grampp listed. The seller was a former real estate agent for this agency. The disclosure for the property listed one minor issue and no water in an upstairs bathroom . After inspections there were major mold, electrical, asbestos, plumbing, sewer and foundation problems not disclosed. A nightmare to deal with. If you're looking to buy and they're selling it, be prepared for both your agent and yourself to have a migraine for a week straight. No communication, no clarity if the seller of the home was even presented our offer formally. House was updated to pending from another offer before we even formally received notice of rejection-- on our full price, cash offer that the agent sat on for a week.
Unethical doesn’t begin to describe the way one of their realtors conducts themselves. Went under contract to sell my father’s home who needed to sell his home to help pay for his retirement home, and the buyer was represented by Wilhemenia Clay. After the inspection the buyer came back with a new offer after finding a few things that needed repairs… understandable.
