Great place to stay and unwind. Beautiful property with stunning views of the Grampians. Our family had a lovely stay, admiring all the wildlife, the gorgeous chickens on the property and cozying around a fire each night. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grampians Pioneer Cottages! We stayed in the Mud Brick Cottage and it was clean, spacious, and surrounded by amazing nature. We saw kangaroos outside our window and really enjoyed the peaceful vibe. Before our arrival, the hosts sent us a super helpful message with tips (like bringing a torch for the evening walk) and info about where to shop nearby. Had a wonderful four days here, including during a wild storm. There's nothing better than cosying up to a log fire when the wind is howling outside. Lots of wildlife, literally at the door - wallabies, emu and deer - and the surreal sight of giraffes over a distant fence as the zoo is on the neighbouring property. The cabin is warm, extremely clean and very comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics well covered. Close driving distance to wonderful hikes and Hall's Gap village. Highly recommended.

The Pioneer Cottages was such a lovely place to stay - an open fire for those frosty nights, wonderful views of the Grampians, close enough to town of Halls Gap for the essentials. We very much enjoyed our stay - had everything we needed including very friendly chickens
