Clean Building, nice neighbors on a nice street close enough to everything you would ever need. Also, anyone complaining about their landlord on the reviews is complaining in the wrong place because these are all privately owned units and they have a grievance with their Condo's owner not the building.
Laura Qi Shi: Boite Black LLC If this is your land lord don't go there, she is a liar, say bye bye to your deposit regardless of how clean you keep it. Deserves zero stars.
