I have made an appointment for my kids recently and every time that is day for the appointment I receive a call from the clinic that they want to reschedule based of the provider has called for sick or you do not have scheduled at right provider As we have prepared to come and see for wellness and to hear that excuse every time it is very frustrated That is not correct and I believe my son appointment was cancel because of racial profiling of his name to give his time for another person or the provider do not want to see him... read more

Great clinic. I went in for a primary care visit and the staff was helpful and friendly. Clinic was clean and modern. I would recommend this place to others.
No urgency no respect on your time. It takes forever to wait for doctor and xray lab they need a better system .if I did not come to the lady how long we will be waiting for an xray they will not let us know after 35 minutes of waiting. Provide a number maybe so you know who's first. And waited again for result. Went to multicare got to see the doctor ,get blood test and xray in less then an hour. Update 1/7/2026 . Nothing have change. Appoinment is at 1:40 pm check in at 1.20 pm waited in the room at least 45 minutes to be ... read more
