If you enjoy a weekly nasty email from management weekly, come to gramercy row where the management is horrible and everyone in the building wants to get out! This place is absolutely filthy. They decided to do a new trash service were it gets picked up from your door but all this created is more garbage and a disgusting smell throughout the whole building.
