Ridiculous place where you will wait 3 hours for your scheduled procedure. How can they be so disorganized? Disgraceful.
Dr. Ottaviano is the kindest, most patient and professional doctor I’ve ever met in any field of medicine! His office and staff are all very wonderful too. Ottaviano is super responsive via email or phone and actually cares about his patients & their health. I’ve recommended him to all of my friends who needed to visit a gastro. Best gastro in NYC if you ask me!

If I am writing a review, it’s because my experience had to be great. The staff was excellent and are willing to help with all your needs. The doctors doesn’t make you feel rushed and they listen to your needs. I was more than satisfied with the program and I recommend this to anyone who is willing to make the next step. I highly recommend them.
