Great place to live! The grounds are beautiful. It's so quiet and peaceful. The staff is great! I lived there for more than 10 years. I bought a house, but when my daughter was old enough to move out, she moved back, because she considered it "home." Very good experience!
Okay for the price I've lived at Country Fair for one year and am ready to move. I love my apartment just not my location. My apartment is spacious with ample storage but I live next to section 8 apartments. Now that it is Spring, I have been seeing more and more strange characters, which makes me leery of being too close to the ghetto. I see cadillacs on 20" rims blaring rap music at all hours. My neighbors are great except for one woman who doesn't believe in using a leash for her medium sized dog that likes to jump on peo... read more
Very acceptable housing Country Fair is a nice place to live, if you're in that price range ($400-$600/month) and don't mind it's relative distance from campus. For the three years we lived there, we were perfectly happy. If something went wrong, there were always maintenance men there to fix it, even in the middle of the night. Routine maintenance is good, with pest control and lighting being checked every couple of months or so. It is well-landscaped, plentiful in parking spaces and vlose to a shopping mall with anything y... read more

A community good for children The shortage of this community is it is far away from the campus (15 min driving time. Sure it will be longer if you take a bus.) However, it does have some small parks for children to play around. The price is fair and maintanence is good. But they have only unfurnished apt. The parking is free for everyone so it is convenient if you want to have a party occasionally. Your friends don't need to worry about the parking spaces. There are many supermarkets around.
