No one “enjoys” going to the dentist. However, the dental hygienist, Lauren, at Gramercy Dental is among the best technicians I have ever encountered, with the sunniest of dispositions. My whole family appreciates her, as well as Dr. Edwards, and the front office staff are also first-rate! I take much better care of my teeth because I don’t dread going there at all. Eleven out of ten stars.
I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, everything was painless and smooth — exactly what you hope for at a dentist visit. This office is so upbeat, professional, they do an amazing cleaning and as a bonus, they totally stay on top of your insurance changes, reminders about appointments, and give you a handy little travel toothbrushing kit. I can even book a 5pm appointment after work. They are just great!
Dr. Matthew Edwards and his team were really fantastic to work with. Since itcwas my initial visit, I got a full mouth of X-Rays ( 20 of them) , and my crown that fell off ( was created years ago by another facility) was screwed in right away ; all for very affordable price. I also got a thorough consultation about my options for the next steps of maintaining my oral health. I definitely recommend Gramercy Dental Suite. R.F.
Perfect experience as usual. Incredibly professional, excellent service, and accommodating for my schedule. Dr Matthew is great! Got my wisdom tooth out for the second time and it was a pleasant experience.
