Easily the best dental experience I’ve had. The hygienists are incredibly thorough, Dr. Newman is calm, reassuring, and only recommends what’s truly necessary. The front desk team is kind, welcoming, and great at handling the insurance logistics. I always feel well taken care of and know I’m in excellent hands.
I had a sub par experience with Dr. Kim and Gramercy Dental Studio. I had a set of full mouth xrays and they failed to xray one tooth where I have a serious problem, so I had to pay for that xray twice. Dr. Kim poked my gums quickly and without much care, recommended a $11,000 care plan that I knew was probably unnecessary, and was disrespectful.
