Rude and inept front desk staff. Misplaced my paperwork with me having been there for less than one minute. I will be asking my primary for a different referral. Why would a receptionist write her personal number on the back of an appointment card and tell me not to call an office line that is a working number? Weird, rude, and unorganised.
