While the office staff are wonderful and have been friendly and helpful, maintenance continues to be a great concern. Many of the buidlings are getting older and need improvements and/repairs to the common areas. The apartments are nicely sized in comparision to other apartments in the area. Our most recent requests have finally been addressed, and I will update my review if things continue to improve.

Most recently we had a ticket in for 3 weeks, stopped into the office to find that the request had been falsely marked complete. The office was helpful in getting this addressed, but is very concerning nonetheless. The office manager opened a new ticket and instructed them to have it complete by next day, maintenance deliberately did not honor this just before a holiday weekend, further delaying the repair. There have been a lot of issues of the past few years here, though things show signs of improvement. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are being handled better recently. Buckingham is still terrible, however. Apartments are nicely sized and have decent amenities.
