Apartments could use some updates, however the complex is quiet, and it's located in a nice area of Carmel . Things didn't work out for my family there, anyway I wanted to acknowledge that Amber and Connor were kind and patient , and worked to rectify the situation.
While the office staff are wonderful and have been friendly and helpful, maintenance continues to be a great concern. Many of the buidlings are getting older and need improvements and/repairs to the common areas. The apartments are nicely sized in comparision to other apartments in the area. Our most recent requests have finally been addressed, and I will update my review if things continue to improve.

Most recently we had a ticket in for 3 weeks, stopped into the office to find that the request had been falsely marked complete. The office was helpful in getting this addressed, but is very concerning nonetheless. The office manager opened a new ticket and instructed them to have it complete by next day, maintenance deliberately did not honor this just before a holiday weekend, further delaying the repair.
