There have been a lot of issues of the past few years here, though things show signs of improvement. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are being handled better recently. Buckingham is still terrible, however. Apartments are nicely sized and have decent amenities.
The best community in Carmel Indiana! I love it here and would recommend to anyone. Has a very nice swimming pool, basketball court, and overall nice location. Thank you Conner!

Stay away from this apartment complex. They are slightly cheaper which is why I moved here but these units are trash and cheap. Bad water pressure, currently 4 days without AC in the middle of a heat wave which they will not repair in a timely manner, broken washer and dryer on move in, and the microwave just literally fell off the wall today. This property is a complete and utter joke and if this review can keep at least one person from moving here this will have been worth posting.
Great place to live and great customers service especially by the Abbey amd Conner at the office. Would totally recommend Gramercy to live in Carmel
