I have been in the gramercy for about a year. The townhomes are spacious. The community is very family friendly, I love the sense of community in the townhomes. The shared living areas are well kept year round. It is an older community so we have had some hiccups when we moved in but the maintenance team has always answered our tickets within 24 hours. Buenas tardes, comunidad muy tranquila, áreas verdes muy amplias y cómodas y aunque el mantenimiento no es muy rápido que digamos han resuelto los problemas de mi apartamento. I moved to Gramercy barely 2 months ago during jan 26 2026. Since then I have had multiple issues. When I moved it was winter storm and the heater in my unit did not work. They did fix it, but it broke a week later again and they gave me a room heater in the mean time. It was below 60 those days and the room heater barely helped. Fast forward now, the air conditioning has not been working, I guess it never worked since I moved. You usually expect the temp to go down, in my unit it works the opposite way, it goes up.
