We are the returning customer and love the experience here. Part of reason is Conner, the most professional, reliable and friendly person we met from day one. He is always our first contact if we have any issue. There was one time we complained the smell in the hallway, the next day he got the cleaning team shampooed the carpet immediately . If you need a place in this area, contact this handsome guy and you won’t be disappointed.

The staff at Gramercy are very helpful through all stages of finding and moving into an apartment. When we found a couple things that needed work on move in, maintenance was on it quickly and adjusted everything and answered all our questions throughly. The community itself is quiet and peaceful but we have felt welcomed by all of our neighbors. I definitely feel like we made the right choice. Amber was my leasing office point person from the drop and consistently has been welcoming, kind, and helpful across every interaction I’ve had with her! She made the apartment complex feel homey during the tour, was quick to answer my email questions during the paperwork process, and is still checking in about repairs that need to happen after I’ve moved in. I just have to say Connor is so amazing. My dad was diagnosed with cancer and they need to sell my house fast and he called me right away and got me the most perfect apartment. He worked late and took all my texts after hours making sure I could move fast I’m so thankful. My parents and kids saw it and said this is so nice I’m so proud of you mom and want to be there all the time bc they have a business where we lived currently.
