March 31, 2023: Just purchased a Nissan from Sales Professional Shawn Heyward at Grainger Nissan in Beaufort, SC. If you are looking to buy a Nissan go see Shawn. He is the ultimate professional and a pleasure to deal with. Shawn is part of a great team that includes Chris Allen and managers Garris Thomas and Phil Stewart. I purchased a Nissan centra 2021 or should I say I am buying. I haven't had the car a year yet and already the alternator went in it. They kept my car for a month. They said the car part was on back order . After I took the car back now the air conditioner don't work. This is a brand new car. This shouldn't be happening. I took my 2013 Nissan Altima to do a recall. When my husband and I went to pick it up I noticed a crack in my bumper front passenger side below the lights. You could see it was fresh. We talked with Mr. G*******about the situation. He had someone look at the tapes inside the bldg while we were outside. We showed him pictures that I had taken that morning when I dropped the car off. He had pictures also. It also not make any difference. Great service! Communication was clear and did not try to bait me in with false ads. Vehicle I was looking for was actually on the lot, and not "sold this morning" or at another location.
They were prompt, helpful, and respectful.
