Sales experience was excellent. Jake did a fantastic job with the sales process and was through with follow up and making sure we were getting what we wanted! We ended up going to another dealership and shopped around but ended up BACK with grainger because they were willing to negotiate and really meet us where we were at and make it happen. I’m in LOVE with my new car!!! Cannot wait to break her in and take her on trips!!
Had a great experience getting my car serviced. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Amanda specifically went above and beyond to help me, including staying late one night and keeping me up to date on the process the whole time. She is awesome!
