Brandon was pretty cool and real helpful the entire time. Great customer service.
My orbital sander started squealing very loudly. I took it apart and found the bearing just under the sanding disk was indexing. Not supposed to do that. Removed the bearing and took it to Grainger. They had it in stock for less than 5 bucks! Needless to say instead of replacing the sander for 100 dollars I fixed it for 5!
They got me the right parts I needed in good time
