Went to this location in concord, ca. They had a harness on display and an expensive harness at that. I said i wanted to buy it and they were not showing they had any "in stock" yet there was one in my hand. They would not sell it to me because they couldnt find the right item number. Ridiculous.... bad customer service.
Great Customer service. They are always quick to help and don't make returns a hassle. Would recommend to anyone who needs their order shipped quickly, and likes easy transactions.
