My first time here and i came here because my restaurant fan hood belt broke and i needed replacement fast. Soon as i walked in i was greeted friendly. I couldn't get the employees name but tall white guy went beyond to help me get the right parts! One happy customer and will be back!
Ordered 2 pieces of 6' angle. Original delivery estimate was 3 business days after ordering. Grainger slipped the order 3 days. Only one of the pieces was shipped. They were not able to give me an expected delivery of the remaining piece.
Can’t speak to store directly, number diverts you to call center.
