Grainger corporation has no respect for anyone.. I have seen there stupid add 50 times today.. And the funny part is, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GRAINGER
Dawn was not very helpful and has poor people skills. She also does not know how to use a computer very well and clicked so many buttons and seemed to get frustrated herself. I will not be going back to this Grainger and would rather drive 30 minutes further to another store.
Ordered...went to pick up...amazing customer service...in and out in less than 3 mins...Amazing.
