Just picked up the Grainger App, first time shopping here because Home Depot & Lowe’s is my go to places but not this time, Grainger had the insulated flexible ductwork I needed for my house. When my order came in ( it was quick) and I picked it up today of course I had to order extra items and the sales rep. Amanda was very courteous and helpful with placing those items and getting me out of there in reasonable time. Definitely going to keep shopping here .
Awful customer service. Waste of time. Not there in a pinch!
