Great Company. Absolutely wonderful staff and very knowledgeable, will not hesitate to buy here again, this is a top-notch Business. Thank You Grainger.
Just left the store after being yelled and cursed at by store manager Brian Loyd. He was very upset that I was returning an unused item. He threatened to charge a 75% restocking fee, which is against Grainger's return policy. I could not believe that a professional would yell and use foul language at a customer. I will not do business here again.
The manager is unprofessional, rude, and curses at customers. It is inappropriate to act like that in front of his employees and around other customers.
Always fast friendly service with a huge amount of items.
