Great service and fantastic selection.
Grainger has great product selection but your hours suck. Closes at 4pm and closed on weekends. Showed up 2 minutes before closing to pickup an online order. Cage was already down so I couldn’t get in. Wasted my time and fuel money.
This store has most items than other stores don't have . Only problem when I order something they never call me to go.pick it up.until I remember hahaha
I'm disgusted with the DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE of advertising a brand of merchandise on the web, which lures me into the store to see it, then they don't carry any of the merchandise. "Oh, we can order it for you" is not an acceptable excuse. If I had wanted to do mail order, I would not have made a trip to your store.
The rudest customer service I've ever see. Don't waste your time. I will never ever go back. EVER!
