Gone DOWN HILL in the last couple of years… walk in to get a contactor for a motor and a 10 hp motor and this dude(no name tag) throws the contactor at me almost entirely across the counter. I’m like ok and go to open it up and the guy gives me the most go to hell look you’ve ever seen. Then he is like sign here and slams the paper down… then says go get the motor at our warehouse almost yelling and walks to the back. Graham is the man, very helpful.
Definitely needs some customer service training. The gentleman at the order pick up desk was incredibly rude and talked over me three times. From my vantage point, I could see a kpi tracking board with none of the numerous indicators filled out. This leads me to believe this location does little if anything to align with Grainer corporate’s mission or directives. Sadly, the fact they fill a “niche” for otherwise not readily available products means they can provide lackluster service given by rude employees.
This is a great place to get any supplies, parts and other items that you might want or need. The best part, they sell to the public!
