The will call process is so messy. I feel like paying to have it shipped was the better option. Good company, great people but really inconvenient and time consuming.
I was being a pain in the ass customer today 7/16/26 changing my mind on stuff Matthew helped me greatly today and was patient with me being indecisive on my order. Helped me with a smile. Great dude. Great group of guys here

Holycow! Got here on a monday at 11am. Immediatly met with a line of customers 15+.. 1 counter person at any givin time. Ive been here for 22 minutes and still have not been helped!! I am CONSIDERATE of my customers.. GRAINGER IS NOT!! Customer time =0. Update! Granger Tejon location has somehow gotten worse! Attitude is worse, and now you get to drive to a different location to wait again for your purchase! If I can, I avoid Grainger.
