Helpful, friendly staff.
I called Grainger this morning looking for a part to get me out of a jam. The ladies in the call center were exceptional taking care of my needs. I'm an OTR truck driver that was unable to deliver without a fitting. These ladies went above and beyond in helping me not only purchase what I needed but setting up delivery through a local courier. I can't thank them enough for everything I did and I will Definitely be using Grainger in the future!!! Give these ladies a raise.
I cannot say how grateful I a for them! in the coldest day I was able to get a part and always when I need them their chat and call are always helpful even if they do not have a certain part! They are the best!
