Great place.. friendly staff
The service guy on the phone told us that I could come in. The lady at the desk didn’t even want to help us. She basically told us to get lost. Why are you hiring people who don’t want to work? A random customer in the parking lot ended up referred us to their competition and we ended up going there instead.
Very respectful and timely response
I recently visited Granger for help with a fitting issue I was having, and I left feeling completely let down. The gentleman working there showed no interest in assisting me or helping resolve my problem. I was struggling with a fitting that I had never encountered before, and instead of offering any feedback or suggestions on how it could be fixed, he just shrugged it off.
