Probable the worst customer service ever. Carlos was there just waiting for me to get sick of his attitude and leave the store
Products are too expensive...the same products you can get on Amazon or any other store I feel like $100 cheaper I'm not even exaggerating
Extremely helpful staff, I think his name was Mark. Helped me find a similar part to my broken motor. It would take months to get it at Grainger, so he printed out a couple options where I could buy it elsewhere. Overall great service.
