After placing an order, realized the address was incorrect, I called to correct the address. I was then told they they could not correct the address that I would have to cancel the order and place the other again with the correct address. I then just told them to cancel the order, they lady told me okay. so she cancel but yet I still received a charge for my order and still received. which was fine but then I went to look at my bank statement. Thanks a Million to James and the staff of Grainger. When nobody else could help, James and the staff came to the rescue. While Other gave me the run around James took his time and provide with options and ideas. And as he promised I got the material at a good price and in less than 24 hrs. This is my new and only go to for my supplies.

As far as hiring goes... very selective and not fair on the hiring process.. I filled out for them 6 months ago and I was told my interview went great great.. called back in a few days and the manager told me I had more warehouse than customer service experience but told me during the interview it wouldn't be a much interaction with customer, i was asked if i had transportation, yes 2 car and all, I didn't get the job ... only to see 2 to 3 weeks later he then was hiring for full time and had I was given a chance I could hav... read more
