During brutal winters in Detroit my job is very demanding and I need a reliable company to support me. Greg and the supporting are always incredible and absolute pleasure to deal with. I go out of my way to stop by just for a visit and he is so knowledgeable it is unbelievable. Grainger is where I stop for true professional service instead of a massive depot with little expertise.
I'm in from overseas and the guys in here were really helpful and friendly. It's really hard to buy alot of specialist items in urban Detroit, but this place has everything a contractor (or novice like me) might need. A great find and 5 minutes walk if you're setting up in the convention centre and need anything too (as I did).
Jordan was very helpful when I needed to get a new oscillator. The store is very clean and all of the staff knowledgeable. Will be back.
