I work for the Detroit library and was amazed . I have been searching for an HVAC part at other reputable supply houses. Without a part number they would not help me.. Craig at the counter actually helped me find this part. I was amazed it's over 20 years old and he found it without a model number. Only photos.. Craig was awesome. Jordan and Ray and super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. These folks are committed to customer service. Also, this store is exceptionally clean and organized. I highly recommend a stop here.

Theyll ignore you depending on what you look like. Two other customers walked in after me and were immediately greeted with “Hi how can we help you?” Not for me though, just blank stares. Sure they have some products conveniently but I think its all women working there and they choose to ignore certain customers.
