Rachel was extremely helpful. The part that I was looking for was not available. She helped me find a suitable option. She let me know that the part could be returned if it didn't work.
Very impressed with the professionalism and convenience of Grainger. First time visiting and they were the only ones I could find in the area that carried an Anomemeter in-store. The other places I tried said they could get it shipped to the store, but Grainger had it readily available. Employees were also really nice and helpful.
