I have been seeing Dr. Fredricks for over two years. I have been satisfied with her attention to detail, the ability to listen and to make me feel that my wellbeing is important to her. I have never felt as if she was rushed to see me and get on to the next patient.
Dr. Frederiks and PA Amy Balius have been taking care of my husband for the past three years. Dr. Frederiks is knowledgeable, compassionate, detail oriented and very thorough. Amy is attentive, always pleasant and super upbeat. We could not be happier with their care.
I love Dr Frederiks she’s wonderful she listens to your concerns she does not rush you I highly recommend her & also her PA Amy she is also wonderful they are both very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. The office staff are also extremely friendly and helpful.
Listens to patients concerns. Understands health history. Staff is friendly and courteous. Follow up is beyond expectations.
The other reviews I have seen are surprising because I have had much better treatment with him than I did with my former GP. I guess I got lucky in that Dr. Grainger listens to what I'm asking, looks at me when he is talking to me, and his staff have been wonderful.
I'm female. Dr. Worsley was THE most thorough physician I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and seemed to keep up to date on all new treatments, procedures, etc.. while I was her patient. During our office visits I found her very personable, caring and compassionate. She discussed every lab result and diagnostic exam with me in depth and made sure I understood the results. He either over looked or ignored a report from the Emergency room on my husband and consequently it was a CT scan that showed a mass in my husbands thymus gland and after we went to a different doctor with the report, it turns out to be cancer. Then when I asked for his records for a new doctor, they purged the chart and practically gave us nothing. He should be banned from practice.
I didn’t go to my visit because I read bad reviews. Turns out the bad reviews are true. They harass you and don’t care why you missed your appointment. Then when they call they give attitude and curse at you
I love Dr Frederiks she’s wonderful & she listens & is very thorough.. I highly recommend her .
