They are not customer friendly. I'm new to this area and is looking for a family doctor. I called and spoke to someone and told her I may call back. I called back twice, both times I was asked to hold. I held on over 2 min. I called a third time, and was put directly on hold, nothing said. If I was treated like that over the phone, I don't want them to care for my family.
