We ordered Grain & Berry Acai bowls to go and clearly stated without Nutella. We live 5 minutes away. Opened bag and both bowls had extra Nutella that overpowered everything and no frozen Acai to be found. The fruit was not as fresh as I have had in past visits and there was maybe a half teaspoon of peanut butter. Quality was VERY disappointing and service just totally disregarded our order instructions. I will not go back to Trinity location. Hopefully the Palm Harbor location has not deteriorated as well.
I came in 10 to close they were so friendly made my bowl perfectly were delightful even though they are so close to closing. I cant thank them enough! Addie Made my night
