I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews but my experience here a couple of weeks ago was incredibly disappointing. I got my favorite which is the Magic Dragon smoothie as a post workout treat. I went with my sister and it is our usual order. When we got to the car we realized that something tasted off. The smoothie tasted completely bland and not the same as it usually is. The staff here were extremely rude. Young adults with no customer training at all. Everything was watery and/or soggy.
Most unfriendly staffs. They don’t call your names and you have to guess it. The Açaí in the bowl was spoiled, and when complained, the girl staff said nothing can be done about it, and was not even sorry for that. I just had to trash the bowl and leave. Most rude behavior seen in a while..
