Crista is AMAZING! We love the service and atmosphere. Everyone is incredibly nice!
Hire and train people that can actually hold a conversation and know customer service. Ordered bowl with granola on the side. No granola was in order at all!! Restaurant was adamant that they put it in the bag. Terrible service!! 8/15/24 update…. As much as I love the design your own bowls, it NEVER FAILS that they forget my “granola on the side” It’s like they don’t care! EVERY TIME! Even at the Westchase location!
I love acai bowls and this location always has great service, clean bathrooms and of course yummy bowls
