Love this place!! The employees are amazing, they remember your name and what you like and they go the extra mile even if it’s something as simple as taking a minute to draw some pretty incredible artwork on your cup! This made my day!
Stopped in for an acai bowl after the gym. It was delicious as usual. Unfortunately another patron thought it was appropriate to have a very loud FaceTime call for the entire store to hear. Other than that, it was a great experience. Wish management had stepped in.
Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with grilled chicken and no croutons online for pick up. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter and I heard people laughing in the kitchen and a teenager comes out and gives me my order. Nothing wrong so far, but was definitely not a great setting for a restaurant. Well, it was my first time trying grain and Berry and I was very disappointed. I found this on my food. The trunk of the Romain lettuce, very disappointing experience couldn’t enjoy my food at all and it was over priced.
Stopped by today to get a Healthy Elvis. Excellent service, tastiest Healthy Elvis (get them all the time at another location) to date all provided by Ty. Say hi to them the next time you're in.
