I notified maint supervisor 3 weeks ago that a/c condensation line was plugged up and water was getting on hall floor. now floor is damaged, yesterday I changed A/C filter and A/C is covered in water and now it doesnt work. Also notified them Friday that main drainage line was stopped up in kitchen. up stairs neighbor turned their water on and my sink flowed over and flooded kitchen. They still have not sent anyone to fix anything. I'm ready to break my lease and go somewhere else
No I do not recommend these rat infested apartments! They unprofessional and don’t have good customer services! The maintenance people don’t do they job! They lie like they came out and don’t even show up....smh
My Sister Moved Into These Apartments & Moved Out In A Month !!! They Are RAT INFESTED & TRIFLING ‼️ Pls Do Not Move Here
