What a great place to have afternoon tea. Always fun and this year the Halloween theme is awesome
extremely rude staff and food/tea is overpriced
The people there are extremely rude. Specially the owner. We have booked 3 tea times and they never have what they say they offer on the menu. I would recommend so many other great places. The British Pantry being one of them.
