We were happy with the friendliness and promptness of Ray’s crew, but they were generally disrespectful of our yard and things (standing/working from an aluminum shed, using our trash cans to load/remove branches, sitting in one of our cars without permission, and completing a side-deal with our neighbor). When we told Ray about this, he did apologize, seemed genuinely remorseful, and discounted our total fees - because of that I’ve upgraded this review from 1 to 3 stars. Great service at a fair price. Recommended.
