They did a fantastic job on our tire replacements! They gave us half off on our alignment and a price break on our oil change all for buying two new tires! I'll definitly be back.
I had my 4 new tires and and oil change done on our Navigator in a couple hours. The prices could not be beat and everything was handled very professionally. Jason the manager was very knowledgeable and I felt they did an excellent job.
Highly recommend, would not go anywhere else.
These guys are great at what they do. Let me tell you a story. I had an issue with my brakes and they completely rebuilt one side of the system to no avail. Next he said "Well I will fix the other side for free" as it had become a bit of a mystery what the problem was. Once he completed that work, the issue existed. Many mechanics would continue to pour time and money into something like this until they, maybe, found this issue. Not Graham! We have been taking our vehicles to Graham Tire for years and have always been satisfied with their expertise and service. Both our personal and work vehicles are well cared for by the people at Graham. They go above and beyond to make sure they get it right!!!
I just wanted to write a message and say thank you to the two individuals that stayed late on Monday on the cliff location: I came in just before close with a flat tire and they stayed late fixed it I really appreciate it.
They determined the problem was clogged EGR valve. I was only charged for the computer diagnosis. Truly a professional organization.
Such a great place. The staff is personal and professional. More than happy to answer questions and help. Vern really went out of his way to help me figure out what tires I should get. The place is clean, had donuts and coffee along with snack machines. They have a room to sit in with lots of magazines and even a play area for kids and a TV. Graham tire really understands their customers needs and goes beyond those needs to really provide a great experience. They have a life time customer in me!
