Very disappointed I didn't think it would take 4 months just to look at my car I will never own a vw you would think it's would have been fixed by now !!!!!
Huge shoutout to the team at Graham Tire Pate! I stopped in today needing help with a tire, and they were absolutely amazing. Friendly, fast, and professional—everything you’d hope for when you’re in a bind. I really appreciated their great service and willingness to help. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service!
EDIT: I have had to go back two times now after getting an oil change due to my car dripping oil. Neither time was anything super significant, but was obviously inconvenient having to go back to get it checked out. Both return trips could have been avoided if a little bit more care had been taken during my initial trip. Everyone that works there is very friendly! They are very helpful and I had a really good experience. I will definitely be going back for any maintenance I need.
