They didn't live up to their word about the type of work they bid and their quality of work. The owner and their master plumber lied about their bid even though I had their paperwork and state plumbing standards in hand as proof.
Wvmom should call Graham-Simon Plumbing and discuss any issues. I've never heard of anyone having problems like this with anyone at GSP.
