Excellent dentist, staff and top tier facilities! Fit me in next day as a first time patient with an emergency re-attachment for a crown. very happy with everyone here. Very experienced, knowledgeable and ultra-professional. Yea!!
This type of dental office is a dying breed. Small, personal and you don't feel like you are being milled in and out of some corporate chain. I had great experiences as a kid at the dentist and Dr. Reed's office makes me feel that way again. Great staff and great customer service.
Dr. Reed and his staff could not be nicer, more welcoming, or accommodating of busy schedules. Nancy at the front desk is beyond sweet, and Nikki is so personable and lovely to interact with. As someone who **HATES** the dentist, I don't worry about going in to see Dr. Reed because of how thoroughly he's able to show and explain scans and images (from EVERY angle,) of my teeth. I don't feel like I only get face time with the hygienist-- Dr. Reed makes himself available throughout each appointment to answer all of my question... read more
