I previously had contacted this agency and had medium success with them. The owner Liz is personable and tries to be helpful On this last occasion, however, I was horrified by the customer service we received. My hygienist had a death in her family and called me at 2 PM on a Monday afternoon. I immediately called Liz. and requested a temporary hygienist.
