Worked at Graham Packaging for one week before getting laid off because they “didn’t meet financial goals.” Same thing happened to another new hire. Apparently, that’s how they run things here. Oh, and the policies? Wild. Weekly locker searches, they can search your car if they feel like it, and they literally told us the only privacy we have is in the bathroom. Real classy place. Avoid this place.
